Parade Artwork Submission Info & Guidelines

Entry Applications will open October 1, 2024 at 9:00am and be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. Entry applications will close October 30th at 3:00pm or once all spots are filled, whichever comes first. Late entries may be placed on a waiting list in case of last minute dropouts or available spots. All items must be turned in before you are confirmed to participate. Failure to provide information and required materials before their specified dates will result in removal from parade lineup. Submitting an application does not guarantee entry in the parade. You will receive an email to let you know you are confirmed. Entry fees are non refundable.

Parade starts at 6:30pm, road closure starts at 3pm.

Important Reminder: chairs, blankets or any other spot reserving items may not be placed on the roadway or sidewalks until after the road is fully closed. *full road closure means all vehicles are off of Main St.*

Road Closure Information: Main St will be closed from Ben Maddox to Conyer beginning at 3:00pm until the end of the parade (around 10:00/10:30pm).
